Our Manufacturing Process

From raw paper reels to finished, branded stationery — every step of our process is engineered for speed, consistency, and quality. We manufacture under your brand with complete confidentiality.

1

Design & Specification Review

We work closely with clients to finalise ruling patterns, page counts, cover designs, brand logos, and packaging requirements before production begins.

2

Paper Sourcing & Preparation

High-grade paper reels are sourced to meet the exact GSM and brightness specifications. Reels are loaded onto our ruling machines for precise line printing.

3

Cutting & Folding

Ruled sheets are precision-cut and folded into the required notebook format — A4, A5, B5, or custom sizes — using automated machinery.

4

Binding

Depending on the product type, books are bound via center-stapling, section sewing, perfect binding, or wire-o spiral — each ensuring maximum durability.

5

Cover Lamination & Printing

Covers are printed with your brand artwork and passed through lamination for a premium finish — gloss, matte, or soft-touch as required.

6

Packing & Export Dispatch

Finished products are shrink-wrapped or carton-packed to your specification and dispatched from our Sri City SEZ facility for hassle-free export.

State-of-the-Art Machinery

Our 40,000 sq.ft. factory houses high-speed, fully automated production lines capable of converting 15+ tons of paper into finished notebooks every single day.

High-Speed Ruling Machines

Automated ruling presses print precise single-line, double-line, four-line, square, and graph patterns at high speed across continuous paper reels.

Precision Cutting & Folding

Fully automated cutting systems ensure exact sheet dimensions with minimal waste, while folding machines prepare signatures for binding.

Multi-Format Binding Lines

Dedicated binding lines for stapling, section sewing, perfect binding, and wire-o spiral — enabling us to produce any notebook format on demand.

Cover Printing & Lamination

Offset and flexo printing units produce vivid, brand-accurate cover designs. Lamination lines deliver gloss, matte, and soft-touch finishes.

Automated Packing Systems

Shrink-wrap and carton packing machines prepare export-ready bundles and cartons to exact quantity and weight specifications for global shipping.

15+ Tons per Day Capacity

A single production line can convert over 15 tons of paper per day into finished, packed, export-ready notebooks — supporting large order volumes with ease.
